HUMAN RESOURCES JUNIOR GENERALIST,  CLIO SNACKS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a parttime time bilingual Spanish energic individual with strong attention to detail to join our fast-growing company! This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career.

THE COMPANY:

CLIO Snacks is on a mission to make crummy food obsolete.  Because real food can be convenient, and healthy food can be freaking delicious.  CLIO makes dark chocolate-covered Greek yogurt bars -- a first-to-market, healthy, convenient and delicious snack. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·         Responsible for assisting in the onboarding and offboarding of employees these administrative tasks include but are not limited to:

o   Background and employment verification checks

o   Benefits enrollment setup

o   HRIS system new hire setup

o   Timeclock setup and issues resolution

o   Sets up onboarding may conduct new hire orientations

o   Coordinates with 3rd party IT vendors for office and remote equipment purchases and setup

§  Maintains rotating equipment

o   Terminates employees from benefits sites

o   Conducts I/9 verifications

·         Manage employee files for active and terminated employees, ensuring all files are up to date w/ preemployment requisites and performance documents

·         Update and maintain HR Shared folder files

·         Assists with recruiting:

o   Post job descriptions

o   Schedules the phone screens and interviews with hiring managers

·         Assists with employee programs

o   Birthdays

o   EE of the month

o   Anniversaries

·         Assists with ad havoc projects and tasks when needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

·         Must have completed or actively pursuing a BA or BS with concentration in Human Resources, General Business Administration or Organizational Development

·         Must be bilingual Spanish

·         Must have some exposure or growing knowledge of HR related terms and compliance laws

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Fast learner

·         Must demonstrate a passion for HR
