One Brand Marketing is an emerging leader in postcard marketing software and direct mail solutions that helps thousands of businesses grow. Partnership Management Specialists are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of a portfolio of partners who resell and white-label our products and software. They leverage OBM software and make critical decisions in client campaigns along with recommending software enhancements. They are responsible for driving business growth from these partners.
Your mission is to serve as the all-inclusive point of contact, the go-to resource for the needs of our partners when they are leveraging our software, reselling our products, or sending direct mail campaigns. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Business Development and be responsible for managing and building key accounts. You will work closely with our partners to ensure the seamless fulfillment of orders and will stay on top of all our products in a rapidly changing environment, immediately raising points of confusion so that customer relationships remain intact. You will work with the internal team on software enhancements.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage Partner Strategy and Daily Operations: Empower and support our partners to leverage our software and marketing services. Communicate the best product option based on the partner needs while leveraging the best economics. Work directly with partners on best practices and audiences to target. Manage orders and provide day to day support. • Expansion of Software Adoption: Deliver a proactive communication strategy to drive greater adoption of our software, their overall satisfaction, and revenue growth. Monitor customer health to track usage and overall experience. • Product Marketing: Work with the Marketing Team to develop marketing collateral that help our partners understand our solutions and extract more value from them. Onboard new partners to our Advanced Marketing Platform by demonstrating the software in webinars and providing support collateral. • Work directly with QA/Engineering to provide feedback and recommend solutions on software UX and UI development based on client experiences. • Marketing Optimization: Provide post-campaign analysis of clients’ marketing programs to demonstrate results; Promote best practices within our products and services to optimize the partners’ business outcomes.
Qualifications
EDUCATION • Bachelor's Degree (Required); in lieu of the education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
EXPERIENCE • 2-5 years using Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM system along with all Google Suite and Microsoft Office products. (Required) • 2 - 5 years Account Management, Sales or Customer Success focused on software or marketing services. (Preferred) • 2 - 5 years Strong subject matter experience in direct mail, digital marketing, or software as a service product. (Preferred) KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Take full ownership and accountability over partnerships, projects and outcomes. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. • Ability to communicate UI and UX enhancements • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE UTILIZED • WordPress • Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM system along with all Google Suite and Microsoft Office products • HTML COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS • Onboard, support, and execute day to day coordination of strategic partnerships. • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS • Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone – requires ability to hear and talk. • Must be able to answer emails/chats, review, resolve and/or enter orders utilizing computer – typically requires ability to see. • Sedentary position, ability to sit for extended periods of time. • Use of arms, hands, and fingers, lift, push, pull, carry, dial and keyboard. • Willing to travel up to 5% for trade shows and key account meetings.
