Clipper Vacations Product & Marketing Intern Summary of Key Responsibilities (not limited to the following): * Manage and update Clipper Vacations hotel, tour and transportation product information and rates using Excel * Support with annual product contracting process * Generate product performance and sales reports on a regular basis * Identify and communicate product gaps and needs, by analyzing sales data and customer experience * Communicate via phone or email with Clipper Vacations hotel and tour partners, as needed * Coordinate with Marketing team on implementing product updates and new product content into website * Identify and assist Product Department with developing new product opportunities that have potential to deliver additional revenue Qualifications and Skills Required: * Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to analyze and summarize data * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills * Strong written and verbal communication ability * Professional phone and email etiquette * Self-motivated; Ability to work as part of a team with minimal direct supervision * Ability to travel regionally and in Canada, occasionally Years of experience: 0 Salary $15.00 per hour Company Overview: Clipper Navigation, Inc. dba Clipper Vacations is well known as the travel experts for the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
