Qualifications:
- You are an ambassador for Clipper Tree Service - have good communication skills and even better listening skills
- ISA Certification
- Deep understanding of arboriculture
- Deep understanding of tree species, disease, and common issues related to tree health
- Customer service 1st mindset
- Positive and professional outlook
- 3 years minimum selling tree work
- Ability to work independently
- Clean driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of clients trees and landscapes to identify issues, provide recommendations to preserve, and estimate costs for tree care services
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, outlining all aspects of the proposal
- Effectively communicate and follow-up with clients, develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Work with Operations Manager in serveral areas including scheduling, safety and training efforts
- Participates in professional, trade or civic organizations that benefit the industry, the company, the individual and the public
- Sets up personal sales goals and quotas with company President
- Attends sales meetings and training sessions set up by the company management
