Closeline Settlements is seeking to hire a post-closer based out of our Rockville, MD headquarters location. The candidate must have previous experience in the title industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review closing documents after settlement for accuracy.
• Work as a team member on our team of 6
• Review and submit documents for recording.
• Effectively communicate with lenders and other parties regarding status of post closing documents
• Provide excellent customer service in assisting clients and co-workers.
• Process and resolve post closing lien able items
• Assist other departments by creating processes that enhance Company performance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1-2 years of prior post-closing experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong time management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
