Closeline Settlements is seeking to hire a post-closer based out of our Rockville, MD headquarters location. The candidate must have previous experience in the title industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review closing documents after settlement for accuracy.
- Work as a team member on our team of 6
- Review and submit documents for recording.
- Effectively communicate with lenders and other parties regarding status of post closing documents
- Provide excellent customer service in assisting clients and co-workers.
- Process and resolve post closing lien able items
- Assist other departments by creating processes that enhance Company performance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior post-closing experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
