POSITION: In-House Sales Closer

No cold calls. No mortgage license required. Just close.

We’re hiring full-time, in-office Sales Closers who thrive under pressure, dominate in competitive environments, and have the hunger to win big. You’ll receive live-transfer, pre-qualified leads — your only job is to convert and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take inbound live-transfer calls from hot leads across the U.S.
• Deliver a strong, confident pitch and guide clients to the close
• Hit aggressive targets with speed and efficiency
• Stay sharp through ongoing sales training & coaching
• Keep CRM data accurate, organized, and up to date
• Represent Direct Rate with professionalism, urgency, and authority

What We’re Looking For

• Elite-level phone skills — persuasive, clear, confident
• Unmatched drive to succeed — no excuses, no distractions
• Coachable and hungry — always leveling up
• Able to stay cool under pressure and pivot on the fly
• Full-time, in-office availability at our San Antonio HQ
• Background in phone sales, call centers, or high-stakes closing is a plus (but not required)
