    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative Closet Sales and Design Consultant to work directly with homeowners through in-home consultations to bring their dream storage spaces to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a design mindset, strong people skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and preferences

    Design custom closet systems using our software tools

    Present proposals and provide accurate estimates

    Utilize online tools provided by Up Closets along with in-person networking to generate leads

    Collaborate with the installation team to ensure flawless execution

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process

    Maintain a clean and professional workspace and appearance

    Adhere to all company policies and procedures

    Sales commission provided

    Requirements:

    Minimum 2 years of experience in closet design or a related field

    Solid understanding of construction materials and techniques

    Proficiency with design software and general tech-savviness

    Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

    High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

    Preferred Traits:

    Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

    Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

    Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision

    Strong networking skills with the ability to generate leads through personal and professional relationships
