Now we are hiring a motivated Designer & Sales Consultant who thrives in both creativity and business development to join our team. A closer that thrives on commission-based sales. Duties This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing beautiful, functional spaces and has the drive to build lasting client relationships through proactive sales. You will:

Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to assist their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.

Creative innovative custom closets and storage designs using design software, ClosetPro.

Present solutions with confidence, turning design concepts into exciting sales opportunities

Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities instead of relying solely on incoming leads.

Manage project for first consultation through installation, ensuring clients satisfaction.

Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to your clients.

What we are looking for:

Proven design experience with a portfolio of work

Confidence and enthusiasm in sales-driven role-you love meeting people, networking and closing deals.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with design software a plus (ClosetPro, CabinetVision).

Ability to balance creativity with business results.
