Now we are hiring a motivated Designer & Sales Consultant who thrives in both creativity and business development to join our team. Duties This role is ideal for some one who enjoys designing beauriful, funcitional spaces and has the drive to build lasting clinet relationships through proactive sales. You will:

Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to assist their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.

Creative innovative custom closets and storage designs using design software, ClosetPro.

Present solutions with confidence, turning design concepts into exciting sales opportunities

Prospect and network to generate new business opportunitiess instead of relying solely on incoming leads.

Manage project for first consultation through installation, ensuring clients satisfaction.

Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to your clients.

What we are looking for:

Proven design experience with a portfolio of work

Confidence and enthusiam in sales-driven role-you love meeting people, networking and closing deals.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with design software a plus (ClosetPro, CabinetVision).

Ability to balance creativeity with business results.

What we offer:

Competitive pay: $40,000 - $120,000 annually (commission based)
