    Job Description

    We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator/Representative to add to our close-knit team of individuals that work in our San Diego office. We want employees who are dedicated, disciplined, and detail-oriented in their approach to their jobs and excited to join and contribute to a growing company. This individual will primarily be involved in working with customers on the phone with booking appointments for clients, answering questions, confirming installations, and solving problems. This role is also responsible for various aspects of office administration. Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You will come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. You are a team player and are willing to wear many hats and pitch in where needed. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Contacting customer leads to schedule appointments and confirm installations
    • Answering phones, actively listening to customers’ needs, and responding to client emails and texts
    • Maintaining customer databases and hard copy files with accurate data input
    • Assisting clients with resolution of problems
    • Processing client contracts and payments and preparing paperwork for installation day
    • Supporting employees in the field
    • Other standard office administration work 
    • Based on performance, this role has the opportunity to grow into higher levels of responsibility within the company

    Specific requirements:

    • Very strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Direct customer service experience
    • Excellent Computer experience including Excel, Word, web-based tools
    • Strong and precise follow-through; ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
    • Fast and accurate typing skills (keyboard at least 45 wpm)
    • Familiarity with the greater San Diego County area, roads, and locations is a plus
    • Prior experience with social media in a business environment is a strong plus, not required

    Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. initially.  After initial training, position is 40 hours over 5 days per week but may include some Saturdays.   Exact compensation will be determined based on candidate's prior experience.
