    Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Closet Installation Professional to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on carpentry experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier work in clients’ homes. You’ll be a key part of making our designs come to life and ensuring each client’s space is installed to perfection.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install custom closet systems according to detailed design plans

    Ensure precision, quality workmanship, and a clean finish on every project

    Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous manner throughout the process

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

    Follow company standards and protocols for installation and customer service

    Collaborate with the design and project teams to meet deadlines and expectations

    Requirements:

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and schematics

    Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry and installations

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Physical ability to lift and carry materials and tools; work on ladders and in varied home environments

    Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Must pass a background check

    Preferred Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related trade

    Prior experience in closet installations, cabinetry, or custom carpentry

    Flexible schedule and availability to meet job demands

    Professional demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction
