Job Description

CLOSETS BY DESIGN, is an industry leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products such as closets, offices, garage systems, and other organizational systems for the home. Our franchising division has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and general office support as needed
• Calling customers to confirm date and address information for appointments
• Shipping of material goods to franchise owners
• Tracking and billing of material items sent
• Preparing, editing and proofing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Monthly reporting created and distributed as needed using Excel
• Various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
• Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
• Open to “other duties as assigned”
• Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects at one time
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs
• High School Diploma a must, college education preferred.
