    FirstSource Title is seeking a detail-oriented escrow professional with strong experience supporting real estate transactions from contract to closing. The right candidate will be skilled in the following areas: • Opening and managing escrow files • Preparing settlement and closing documents, • Balancing files for funding • Coordinating with lenders, title officers, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers. • Proven ability to ensure all escrow conditions are met, and funds are handled securely • Documents comply with state regulations, TRID guidelines, and company policies. • Recognized for accuracy, communication, and keeping transactions on schedule while delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation: • $47,000-$57,000 salary based on experience • 401(k) Match of 5% • 100% coverage for Employee Health Benefits Responsibilities: • Coordinate all tasks related to the opening, processing, and closing of escrow files. • Review purchase agreements, lender instructions, title commitments, and escrow requirements for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare or assist in preparing escrow documents , including settlement statements, closing disclosures, escrow instructions, and payoff authorizations. • Ensure all escrow funds are received, verified, and properly documented before closing. • Communicate with lenders to obtain funding approval, balance files, and address escrow conditions. • Verify wire instructions, disbursements, and funding amounts in compliance with escrow security and fraud-prevention procedures. • Monitor escrow timelines, contingencies, and deadlines to ensure timely closings. • Resolve title or escrow-related issues by collaborating with title examiners, underwriters, or escrow officers. • Maintain accurate records in escrow and title software systems (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, Qualia). Qualifications: • Prior experience in escrow, title, real estate closing, or mortgage processing preferred. • Strong understanding of escrow practices , title documents, closing disclosures, payoff structures, and funding processes. • Proficiency with real estate title/escrow software systems. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. • High attention to detail and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. • Ability to read and interpret real estate contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions. Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000
