Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House & Drive-Thru Specialists. In this hybrid role, you will be cross-trained to provide exceptional guest service both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. You’ll help create memorable guest experiences through friendly interactions, order accuracy, cleanliness, and a commitment to hospitality — all while upholding the values Chick-fil-A is known for.
Duties & Responsibilities
Warmly greet and serve guests in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems
Deliver food with speed, accuracy, and a genuine smile
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes
Ensure a high standard of food safety and sanitation at all times
Assist with restocking, prep, and daily opening/closing duties
Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions (with proper gear provided)
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork
Required Qualifications & Experience
Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week
Must be at least 16 years old
Available to work on Saturdays
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)
