Help deliver smooth, efficient closings and ensure every file is handled with care from signing through post-closing.
This position supports a high-performing Business Development team member by assisting with real estate closings and managing key post-closing activities. You’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, professional experience for customers at the closing table and ensuring files are properly completed after closing.
Duties include:
Assist with conducting real estate closings (in-person and/or remote)
Ensure all signed documents are complete and accurate
Coordinate file handoff and support post-closing processes
Assist with funding-related tasks, document delivery, and follow-up
Support the Business Development team member with closing-related needs
Travel locally to attend closings at various locations as needed
The person we're looking for:
Detail-oriented
A friendly, confident presence - someone who brings a little energy to the room and helps customers feel at ease during closing
Organized and dependable with follow-through
Able to stay calm and focused in a deadline-driven environment
Experience in the real estate settlement and/or title insurance industry is a plus
