  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the cloud/infrastructure team
    • Coordinate team meetings, prepare materials, and track action items and updates
    • Assist with purchasing processes, including software, licenses, and IT-related services (PR/PO support)
    • Track budgets, expenses, and support cost analysis, projections, and reporting
    • Assist with business planning activities including basic P&L tracking and documentation for management review
    • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HQ teams on ongoing projects and approvals
    • Support vendor communication, contract-related documentation, and cost discussions
    • Maintain and update internal systems and records (e.g., budget tracking, procurement data, asset updates)
    • Assist with onboarding tools, access coordination, and internal system updates related to cloud operations
    • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
    • 0–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or IT-related roles
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with budgets and data
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Korean/English bilingual reqired

    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting IT, infrastructure, or cloud-related teams
    • Familiarity with procurement processes (PR/PO), budgeting, or cost tracking
    • Exposure to internal systems or tools (e.g., SAP, ticketing systems, documentation platforms)
