    The Challenge

    As Adobe supports its cloud-based business, we seek experienced engineers to contribute to this strategic initiative. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in IaaS platforms, exposure administering and supporting Adobe Experience Manager, and a strong foundation in system operations. Exceptional candidates will be versed in JS | Python | Bash | Ruby solution development using AI toolkits. You will collaborate closely with Amazon | Azure | Goggle Cloud tools to drive innovative solutions that serve both our customer-facing engineering teams and our customers. In addition, CDEs develop automated solutions that optimize our operation at scale and drive down operation costs. Lastly, CDEs will assist our customer facing engineering team in supporting security and product update deployments.

    What You’ll Do

    • Administer and configure Adobe Experience Manager in support of customer facing engineers
    • Support the administration of over 20k Linux systems to ensure their performance and security
    • Leverage Amazon | Azure | GCP technologies alongside internal operational tooling to efficiently delight our AMS customers with creative solutions
    • Collaborate with multiple teams that provision, customize, monitor, manage and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offering to drive continuous improvements using AI to boost the efficiency and usability of our toolset
    • Support on-call operations to monitor and respond to system availability alerts
    • Monitor and respond to customer requests relation to the managed services platform to resolve issues specific to their organization

    What you need to succeed

    • Strong experience with IaaS service providers such as AWS and Azure
    • Strong knowledge of RHEL systems and their administration
    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and its administration, configuration, and runtime.
    • Experience delivering automated solutions with JS | Python | Bash | Ruby
    • Understanding of operations telemetry tooling such as New Relic and Icinga
    • Basic understanding of Web Development and the required languages
    • Strong troubleshooting skills on high consequence implementations
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Self-starter and relentless curiosity
    • Unabashed use of AI to scale your skills
    • Desire to delight and CSAT obsessive.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $67,000 -- $130,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
