    Cloud Imperium Games is looking for a Production Assistant to join our Marketing team at our Los Angeles studio! RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the Marketing Production team on all marketing-related initiatives reporting to the Senior Marketing Producer
    • Support in administrative duties between management and third-party vendors
    • Schedule and attend meetings; provide agendas set by Marketing Production; take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
    • Keep internal Marketing confluence pages, team documentation, and action items frequently up-to-date
    • Maintain all Marketing team and initiative calendars as well as the Marketing roadmap up-to-date
    • Create Jira tasks and help maintain them throughout the project lifecycle
    • Compile and send out regular reports on team progress and accomplishments
    • Oversee the process of collecting, distributing, and addressing feedback from the community and team
    • Spearhead the Marketing team's onboarding process for new team members
    • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that daily and weekly publishes are completed
    • Support in company newsletter publishes by planning topics, sourcing appropriate links and images, copy changes as needed, and scheduling reviews
    • Drive direct marketing initiatives for activation emails to specific audiences
    • Support in weekly Public Roadmap updates
    • and other duties and responsibilities assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee's skills and experience

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years working on a production team, agency, or other relevant job experience
    • Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
    • Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to handle high volume of transactions and interact with various departments
    • Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manner
    • Have excellent problem solving skills
    • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees, including management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
    • International travel may be required as a part of this role

    PLUSES

    • College degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
    • Some understanding of various project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
    • Proficient with standard project management development tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable)
    • Experience in gaming or entertainment industry a plus
