Collaborate with other members of the Data Solutions team to provide critical data insight to the various teams developing and supporting Star Citizen! 

Associate user behaviors with marketing data to determine key changes that can improve sales and player engagement. Create visuals and dashboards in response to data consumers requests. Audit data storage and collection. Connect designers and engineers with visualizations of the data that they produce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create specialized analytics reports
• Create/maintain visualizations and dashboards
• Audit data events for malformed/unoptimized data
• Support different team's analytics requests
• Educate analytics consumers on data visualizer client usage
• Highlight trends that can provide marketing and sales insight
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance
• Identify areas for improvement of visual reporting
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by Cloud Imperium reasonably consistent with employee's skills and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Three or more years analyst or other relevant experience
• Three years experience with E-commerce and Game Monetization
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Eye for aesthetically pleasing visuals
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  • SQL
  • Google Analytics
  • MailChimp Analytics
  • ZenDesk Analytics
  • ElasticSearch
  • Kibana
  • Tableau
  • QuickSight
• International travel may be required as a part of this role

PREFERENCES:

• Experience with Python or R
• Degree in relevant fields (CS, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, etc ... )
