This on-site position offers a highly competitive compensation package (base salary, incentives, and relocation support) for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

- SAP BTP & Cloud Integration: Leverage SAP BTP services and integration tools to design solutions for our SAP landscape. Implement and manage cloud telephony integration (CTI) solutions to connect communication platforms with enterprise applications, enhancing overall business workflows.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of integration solutions (APIs, web services, middleware, etc.) to meet evolving business requirements and service-level expectations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement strong security measures for all integration points, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with the Information Security team to maintain secure and compliant integrations, and address any audit findings with sustainable solutions.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain an up-to-date application integration landscape design. Document integration architectures, workflows, and configurations. Establish integration best practices and governance standards, and ensure all projects adhere to these guidelines.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal business units and IT teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Serve as a technical lead and point of escalation for integration-related issues or unplanned downtime, providing expert guidance and quick resolution.
- Project Lifecycle Involvement: Provide thought leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles. Mentor junior integration developers or teams (if applicable) to ensure solutions are implemented according to the architecture. Continuously evaluate emerging integration technologies to recommend improvements or new approaches that align with business goals.
