We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Leader to join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing the healthcare industry through innovative cloud-based solutions. As a Software Leader at you will play a pivotal role in leading, designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications that drive efficiency, scalability, and reliability in healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
2. 2 years of leading SW Engineers
3. Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions primarily using modern programming languages and frameworks.
4. Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
5. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to software development best practices and coding standards.
6. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
7. Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other software issues through refactoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
8. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployment processes, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability of applications.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes and technologies.
10. Contribute to the overall architecture, design, and technical roadmap of products and platforms.
11. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, in a cloud-based environment.
• Must have strong proficiency in programming languages - JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including services like AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.
• Hands-on experience with modern software development tools, frameworks, and technologies such as Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular, etc.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and MySQL) and data modeling principles.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile principles, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems or knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• This is a 100% onsite role, must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
