    Responsibilities:

    - Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat

    - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and applications

    - Resolve technical issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and providing exceptional customer service

    - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth deployment and integration of new services

    - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to provide expert recommendations to clients

    - Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role

    - Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

    - Strong knowledge of networking and security principles

    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    - Exceptional communication and customer service skills

    - Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
