    As the Cloud Voice Solutions Engineer for dedicated clients, you’ll lead essential elements of the service delivery that our clients praise. We provide cloud-based communication technologies for business and you’ll engage intimately with our clients to deliver on our commitment to excellence. You’re responsible for implementing and programming cloud-based systems, managing projects, resolving support tickets, and training users to ensure smooth adoption and performance. This is an integral role, working closely with other team members for comprehensive service delivery.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    Lead and execute Cloud Voice implementations

    Program and configure cloud VoIP systems, including call flows, auto attendants, and integrations with other communication tools

    Manage projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

    Handle ticket follow-ups and provide Tier 2/3 support for voice-related issues

    Deliver user and admin training

    TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

    4+ years of experience in full-time support of VoIP and network technologies

    Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

    Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly training and documentation
