    As our Solution Consultant, you will serve as an integral part of our global team with operations in the UK, Nepal, and Kenya. Youll do the important work of supporting our sales and client success teams to win new business within the new logo and existing client accounts. You will work cross-functionally to translate client requirements into a complete solution proposal that accounts for all of the people, process, and technology elements necessary to successfully onboard and scale the new business relationship. Youll join in on customer-facing meetings, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive the development of client solutions with technical, process, and professional service expertise.

    This position is based on West Coast with the flexibility to work remotely (work from home).

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Understanding and translating buyer requirements into a solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate
    • Collaborating with Sales Account Executives and Sales Leadership to finalize solution proposals for external presentations, RFPs, or RFIs with appropriate cross-functional input and sign off
    • Being a subject matter expert on the comprehensive CloudFactory solutions across people, technology and processes and how to align high-value client requirements to these capabilities
    • Effectively positioning CloudFactorys solution capabilities and know-how to potential customers
    • Assessing the technical requirements of client engagements with respect to 3rd party and/or client-provided proprietary software, the configuration of these tools, and the associated IT requirements
    • Collaborating effectively with Client Success and Delivery functions to apply best practices in the development and implementation of solution proposals
    • Ensuring the successful accomplishment of project goals with a variety of CloudFactory partners
    • Recommending new internal capabilities and external emerging technologies or partners which can augment CloudFactorys ability to exceed client expectations
    • Presenting the business impact of solution alternatives for client proposals

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in solutions consulting or sales engineering role

    • Experience with AI technology landscape and product development processes and tools

    • Knowledge of IT solution configurations that enable AI development and the ability to assess and recommend appropriate technical solution configurations

    • Ability to appropriately assess and recommend a blend of professional services, business processes, and technical expertise into a single comprehensive solution with timelines

    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess alternative approaches and risks/rewards

    • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills

    • Excellent communication skills appropriate to the audience (technical, business, internal, etc)

    • Excellent software collaboration & presentation skills (Google Drive and other web-based tools)

    • Exceptional attention to detail and aptitude for high levels of accuracy and precision

    • Demonstrated high standards of integrity and professionally managing confidential information

    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (MBA is a plus)

    • A high EQ (emotional intelligence) and CQ (cultural intelligence)

    • International work/life experience and passion preferred

    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (mostly within the U.S.)

    HIGHLY DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • AI Data Labeling, Prep, or Capture experience is a definite asset
    • Computer vision experience - 2D image/video and 3d point clouds (LiDAR, 3d reconstruction, photogrammetry)
    • Domain experience related to Autonomous Vehicles, Drones/Aerial, AR/VR, Robotics
