    In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances and accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge solutions for our target markets.

    Here's what you'll do:

    • Understands Microsoft's Go-to-Market for Sis, solution providers, M365 Co-pilots, Azure (Open AI/Data & Applications), and Business Applications.
    • Spearhead engagement within key verticals such as Manufacturing and drive growth within designated districts (South and/or West).
    • Build a robust book of business for our target enterprise customers in Manufacturing, CPG/Distribution, Financial Insurance, and others.
    • Deliver multi-faceted objectives: Achieve revenue goals, cultivate strong relationships, and secure net new customer acquisitions.
    • Champion triangulation opportunities with surrounding ERP ISVs like Icertis, unlocking cross-sell and new-expansion possibilities with existing Strategic/Enterprise clients.
    • Accelerate momentum by collaborating with the field teams and customers. Leverage pre-built and custom Co-pilots powered by Azure Open AI, M365, and platforms like Icertis' Explore AI.
    • Key scenarios include Compliance Management, Risk Forecast, Interactive Insights, Sales, and other Co-pilots.
    • Identify strategic partner accounts and collaborate seamlessly with Microsoft and field sales teams to jointly pursue and execute sales opportunities.
    • Empower Microsoft's sales teams by delivering comprehensive solution training and driving collaborative sales initiatives.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of all Microsoft resources - business investments, marketing support, and more.
    • Effectively manage Microsoft business reviews with executives, fostering a strong and collaborative partnership.

    What you bring to the table:

    • 10+ years of experience in sales, ideally within services/solutions or the high-tech industry.
    • Proven experience of working with Microsoft in any partner or alliance with regional SI or boutique national SIs partner sales and opportunity alignment responsibility for managing Microsoft in the aligned sales region (US Central and East).
    • Demonstrated achievements in services sales, partner-led joint sales, and building strong relationships with partner field executives. A strong grasp of the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
    • Deep understanding of solution and value-based selling, ideally honed within the enterprise business applications space.
    • Exceptional communication (written and spoken), listening skills, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a matrixed environment.
    • 4-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required. An MBA is a plus. Experience working with large partner field organizations, especially those aligned with Microsoft, is highly valued.
    • Top-notch communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills are a must, along with a strong foundation in business logic.
    • Proactiveness - you're a self-motivated go-getter! Enthusiasm, energy, creativity, and a deep sense of urgency to drive smart actions and achieve outstanding results is valued.
    • Understanding of Icertis or CLM/ERP/Procurement solutions is a plus. Familiarity with these related technologies will further enhance your ability to contribute.
    • We hope you like to travel! This role requires approximately 30% travel per month or on an ad-hoc basis.
