    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This position is responsible for taking complete and accurate job orders and identifying and placing temporary associates on temporary assignments or direct placement with client companies according to specified job orders and requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet company needs and business requirements.

    · Manages requisitions and approvals.

    · Manage written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and serve as a resource for all recruitment process and client organization questions.

    · Ensure a positive, efficient experience for candidates

    · Schedule candidates for telephone or face-to-face interviews and orientation, as needed.

    · Manage recruiting event logistics for job fairs, open houses, invitation only interview days, etc.

    · Engages candidates and assesses their qualifications through pre-screening processes to support recruiting efforts.

    · Enter/validate and track data into recruitment process systems.

    · Innovative thought process as it relates to networking through industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups and social media.

    · Audit candidate files to ensure required records are completed and logged in the appropriate systems of record.

    · Supports the recruiting process which includes resume review and telephone interviews.

    · Creates candidate profiles in a way that maximizes the client’s interest in moving the candidate throughout the process.

    · Assist in passive candidate recruiting techniques and sourcing strategies as necessary.

    · Develops and maintains a strong customer service based relationship with managers/supervisors and other client partners.

    · Strategically recruits active and passive candidates

    · Provides a high level of proactive and consultative services to the Account Executive including perspective on the availability of desired talent and qualifications in the market, competitiveness, and creative sourcing strategies.

    · Manages full life-cycle recruiting processes of confidential pre-employment

    · activities to include but not limited to: sourcing, recruiting and interview potential candidates, presentation of qualified candidates to hiring manager/supervisor, negotiation for offers of employment,

    · On-boarding candidates to include, background checks, drug testing, reference checks, E-Verify, new hire packets and ensures the information meets established employment requirements.

    · Understands complete and detailed work orders, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements.

    · Monitors reports to ensure appropriate staff utilization levels, pipeline health, and aging of positions.

    Note: Additional responsibilities not listed may be assigned at times.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Supervises temporary associates including monitoring extension or completions of assignments, addressing problems or concerns of temporary associates, coaching, counseling and taking corrective action with temporary associates. Terminates temporary associates when appropriate. Does not have responsibility for supervising internal CloudPersonnel employees.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    Utilizes independent judgment and exhibits sound reasoning.

    Has a working knowledge of unemployment compensation and workers’ compensation

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    · High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma; Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred but not required.

    · 2+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry preferred.

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

    · Experience using staffing systems and tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, social media, etc.

    · Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.

    · Recruited for a broad and deep range of positions.

    · Strong results orientation and customer focus.

    · Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively.

    · Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must be bi-lingual in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Microsoft Office, social media and job board websites
