Job Description

Bosch is looking for an experienced CloudSuite Distribution ERP Process Manager to strengthen our digital transformation efforts and elevate operational performance across our distribution network for our York Factory Direct line. This role partners with business leaders, end users, and IT to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive adoption of scalable, customer‑centric solutions.

• Support Branch Stores Handles technical configuration, security, user access rights, and ensures the ERP system is running smoothly across all branches.
• Serve as the first point of contact for ERP‑related questions, issues, and service requests.
• Diagnosing and resolve functional issues across CSD modules (Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, A/R, A/P, Pricing, etc.).
• Escalate complex issues to senior analysts, IT, or Infor support as needed.
• Provide guidance to end users on best practices, navigation, and process steps.
• Functional requirements gathering to support enhancements, integrations, and new CSD capabilities
• Process mapping and optimization across order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory, pricing, and warehouse workflows
• Configure and maintain Infor CSD modules to align with evolving business needs
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing for system changes and releases
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve defects
• Create documentation and training materials to support user adoption
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP functionality, governance, and best practices
• Support reporting and data integrity initiatives to improve decision‑making
• Contribute to cross‑functional transformation projects focused on efficiency and automation

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution
• Strong understanding of distribution operations (OTC, P2P, inventory, pricing)
• Experience with ERP configuration and functional design
• Proficiency in business process mapping and workflow analysis
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor OS, ION, IDM, or Birst
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Familiarity with API integrations and data flows
• Project or change management experience
• Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
