JOB TITLE: IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project scoping, requirements gathering, and planning efforts for enterprise-wide software application implementations / conversion projects, including infrastructure needs. Oversees projects through their entire life cycle.
• Develops documentation, processes, and measurements related to project governance, visibility, and performance. Ensures the creation, documentation, and publishing of project artifacts, including schedules and risk registers.
• Maintains project budgets, timelines, progress, and addresses risks using industry recognized practices and tools.
• Builds and maintains relationships with personnel, stakeholders, and executive management. Produces regular reports regarding project status, risks, and costs.    
• Conducts post-mortem project reviews and produces reports documenting lessons learned and promoting continuous process improvement.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management required

• Knowledge of the following industries: Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management workflow

• Experience working within cross-functional teams

• Understanding of agile software development

• Must be proficient with a variety of software, including:

  1. Microsoft Office 
  2. Project Management tools
  3. Presentation tools such as PowerPoint

• Aptitude for learning and adapting to new Processes & Tools, Proficiency 

• Strong interpersonal skills both remotely and in-person required; must be able to communicate with internal and external customers effectively and respectfully.

• Must be detail oriented with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
