REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ● Must have managed at least projects as SCRUM Master for a team size of 20+ in onsite- offshore model ● Must be conversant in performing all Agile Ceremonies - Daily Scrum calls, Retro and Demo meeting and Velocity calculation. ● Must have prior experience of managing QA process in software development. ● Must have expertise in strategic planning risk management and change management. ● Must have proficiency in project management software tools. ● Should have thorough understanding of DevOps philosophy and driven the same in past projects. ● Knowledge of SAFE Agile framework an added advantage. ● Should be very well verse with current technology trends in IT Solutions e.g. Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud Platform Development, DevOps, Low Code solutions, Intelligent Automation ● Should have experience of managing development projects for Data Science and Cloud Computing ● Pharma/Healthcare domain experience will be a definite plus. Non-Technical/ Behavioral competencies required ● Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model, ● Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills. ● Should have good conflict management. ● Should have superior persuasive and negotiation skills. ● Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills. ● Should be a quick learner, self starter, go-getter and team player. ● Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure. ● Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations.
Job Responsibilities ● Assign tasks, track deliverables and remove impediments to team members. ● Prepare Progress Reports and Dashboards for monitoring project progress and report to internal/external stakeholders. ● Implement and manage change when necessary, to meet project outputs. ● Evaluate and assess risks for the project. ● Create and maintain delivery best practices and audit the implementation of processes and best practices in the organization. ● Lead Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings ● Bring out technical/operational challenges/risks during execution, develop action plan for mitigation and aversion of identified risks. ● Comply with development processes, documentation templates and tools prescribed by CLOUDSUFI or and its clients. ● Work with other teams and Program Managers in the organization and assist them on estimation of tasks for proposals. ● Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable templates, reports and dashboards. ● Provide feedback to team members and be a coach and mentor for them. ● Provide training sessions on the latest topics and trends in area of Agile to other employees in the organization. ● Participate in organization development activities time to time - Interviews, CSR/Employee engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team.
