    Work you'll do

    As a Gold-level member of the Oracle Partner Network and an Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI), Cloudworks needs thought leaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and our Cloud service line development. For our clients, our Oracle Cloud professionals reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities will include:

    • CLIENT MANAGEMENT: Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients, sponsors, project managers, and team members
    • DELIVERY: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and providing post-go-live support.
    • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
    • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Perform role of mentor; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery team members and staff.
    • EMINENCE: Develop thought leadership to share insights and points of view with existing and potential clients.

    Qualifications

    For this role, we are looking for candidates who are able to:

    • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional/technical consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
    • Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud, and build extensions for them
    • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
    • Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
    • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Support clients with the execution of test scripts
    • Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
    • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
    • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
    • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
    • Work on Rel 12 and upwards
    • Access and assess impacts on Oracle's quarterly release

    REQUIRED:

    • Functional professional with 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (e.g., and a senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 2 full cycle implementations
    • Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle ERP Cloud projects (Release 12 or later)
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle HCM Modules such as HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting
    • Demonstrated experience as an experienced resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering, and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as‑is and to‑be business process designs, prototypes, functional configuration, testing, and client user training
    • Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off‑site, and off‑shore functional and technical teams
    • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
    • Limited Travel Required (Project Milestone Travel)
    • A Bachelor's degree

    PREFERRED

    • Lead experience on complex, international, multi-currency, and multi-organization implementations
    • 5+ years of consulting experience which includes: contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, detailing the scope of work (SOW)
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
    • Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries
    • Experience mentoring junior staff
    • An advanced degree or certification in the area of specialization
    • Two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, eBusiness Suite
