    We are a rapidly expanding In-Home Care agency and looking to hire a marketing intern to support our growing needs with online marketing, creative content writing, rich media content creation, social media marketing, traditional marketing methods and other avenues of reaching our customer and referral base.

    POSITION

    The Marketing Assistant Intern will be responsible for online marketing efforts including web marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other forms of online marketing as well as establishing company brand within communities through community outreach activities and events are some of the keys to success in this role. Being comfortable with using your own self in live videos as well as recorded videos is essential for this position.

    JOB DUTIES

    The Marketing Assistant Intern will perform the following job functions:

    • Marketing, Online Marketing, Marketing media creation, Promotional efforts, Managing marketing campaigns, Customer relations and general Office administration.

    • Prepare Business Plan and other Company strategic documents for marketing, planning and business development purposes.

    • Assist in preparing talks and seminars at public events.

    • Support Company's content creation including emails, blogs, social media posts, video content, animations and other content as required for print and online presentation.

    • Preparing promotional materials and presentations. Preparing marketing proposals based on company needs.

    • Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.

    • Research online marketing sites to market Company's services and prepare online media content. Participate in online marketing efforts including web marking, SEO, social media, email marketing, online forums and other forms of online marketing.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidates should at least be enrolled in and on track to graduate from a four-year college or university with a degree in marketing, or a related discipline. We are looking for individuals who can bring creative ideas and skills to produce results!

    • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to translate complex research into common language

    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

    • Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them

    • Skilled with video editing platform such as Shotcut and Adobe Premier Pro

    • Ability to quickly learn and process information

    • Organization and time management skills

    • Previous experience in a remote setting with strong references, a definite plus.

    • Hands-on computer experience (Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, publishing and media applications, among others) with a proven ability to work with multiple computer programs, applications and software tools in everyday work is a MUST.

    • Excellent skills at creative and original writing.

    • Detail oriented, highly organized, dependable and multi-tasker.

    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

    • High energy, self-starter with superior time management skills.

    • Excellent customer service skills with phone. Must demonstrate crystal clear phone call voice quality using home office equipment during hiring process.

    • Strong work ethics, respectful and a professional attitude towards work.

    • Home office that meets Company's requirements.

    • High school diploma required.

    • US Citizen or proof of work authorization required.
