Job Description: The Field Program Administrator (FPA) supports Turning Point USA's National Field Program by managing administrative operations that directly serve Field Representatives and Regional Managers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining clean data, ensuring accurate lead routing, supporting chapter operations, and providing consistent administrative support across assigned regions. The FPA works closely with field leadership, representatives, and internal administrative teams to ensure day-to-day field operations run efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting regional field staff nationwide.
While all FPAs share core administrative responsibilities, this role may also include specialty assignments tied to specific administrative functions or program needs. These specialty responsibilities vary by role and are determined based on team needs, individual strengths, and departmental priorities, and will be discussed during the hiring and onboarding process.
