We provide a cloud-based financial infrastructure to our clients including tax services, payroll, bookkeeping, industry analytics, and bench-marking services. Operating through the cloud for our clients, Club Capital staff work primarily on premises in our Bethesda, MD location but have been able to easily adapt to a remote workforce.

Club Capital Tax Division
The Tax Division is responsible for the tax planning, preparation and filing of individual and company tax returns exclusively for Club Capital Clients.
We ensure our clients can ditch the tax season stress, forever. Tax planning and strategy should be done throughout the year to plan proactively instead of always looking retroactively. We’re a startup within a startup; a small but mighty team working cross-functionally within Club Capital.
Overview of Position:
As a Tax Accountant at Club Capital you will be responsible for preparing simple to very complex tax returns. This position requires the ability to work in a team, have attention to detail, and be driven by tasks and results. A successful candidate will be a great communicator with clients and colleagues, a self-starter, and someone who can work at a fast pace during the busy season and deliver consistent quality work.
Club Capital is a young, growing firm, with room to grow! We have offices in Bethesda but the option for remote work has always been part of our model.
Requirements:
Proficient knowledge of personal and business tax returns
Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
BS in Accounting
Additional Information: Salary: Competitive. Individuals are compensated commensurate with experience and productivity. All positions have both a fixed salary and a variable performance bonus tied to timely filing of client portfolio.
