SALES CONSULTANT EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a friendly and positive experience for our customers.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a passion for sales.
• Understand and drive company sales promotions.
• Manage monetary transactions with attention to detail.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Complete annual administrative and training requirements.
• Maintain customer trust and positive image of Club Car Wash.
• Provide input and feedback to help improve operations.
• Communicate regularly with your Location Manager.
• Must have excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Operate according to all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols.
• Display a clean and professional appearance at all times.
