    Job Summary As Club Manager, sales will be your primary focus. You’ll own revenue growth by driving membership and training sales, converting leads into loyal clients, and consistently hitting performance targets. Alongside sales, you’ll lead daily operations, welcome new and current members, and inspire your team to deliver an unmatched gym experience.

    A successful Club Manager thrives on achieving results, loves building relationships, and knows how to influence and motivate others. This is a leadership role for someone who’s competitive, people-focused, and passionate about creating impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive sales: Qualify leads, inspire prospects, and convert them into committed members and training clients

    Promote the brand: Build community partnerships, coordinate outreach, and execute national + local campaigns

    Lead the team: Motivate staff, set clear goals, and foster a culture of positivity and accountability

    Run operations: Oversee reporting, club upkeep, and day-to-day tasks as needed

    Shape the culture: Deliver world-class service and create an environment members are proud to be part of

    Qualifications

    18+ years old

    Friendly, outgoing, and approachable

    Genuine, honest, and dependable

    Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

    Tech-savvy and organized

    Self-motivated with strong time management skills

    Sales or customer service experience a plus (but not required)
