    Job Summary

    We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing employees, membership sales, retail sales, overseeing social media, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facility is operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness. Some night and weekend shifts required (AS NEEDED/MINIMAL). The desirable candidate should be money motivated, driven to excel, enjoy the development and growth of employees thrive on challenge, team player, and willingness to learn if needed. Pay includes base pay and commission.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive membership growth and sales

    Drive retail sales and promotions

    Creating and maintaining the club’s events

    Assist with marketing efforts and promotions

    Build relationships with vendors and community

    Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed

    Hiring and training staff

    Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner

    Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained

    Coaching and developing employees

    Social media presence

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required

    Previous management experience is preferred but not required

    Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong customer service skills

    Needs based selling skill preferred but not required

    Willing to learn maintenance on gym and sauna equipment
