The Zoo Health Club in Concord, NH is looking for a dynamic and motivated Club Manager to lead our team and drive an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day club operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment

Lead, coach, and schedule a team of staff to deliver outstanding member service

Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth initiatives

Monitor and manage club budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep

Resolve member concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Plan and promote club events, programs, and community engagement activities

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience, preferably in a club, fitness, hospitality, or retail setting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Proven track record in sales, customer service, or membership growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage budgets and analyze basic financial reports

Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
