    Position Overview: Club Nova is in the midst of a multi-million dollar capital campaign and is seeking a Capital Campaign Associate to manage the campaign/assist with campaign management. Primary responsibilities include: - Manage Campaign calendar o Schedule bi-weekly Campaign Cabinet meetings & create agendas for the meetings o Send out minutes to Campaign Cabinet after the meetings o Schedule solicitations as appropriate. - Provide support and act as a resource to Campaign Cabinet Members - Prepare materials for meetings with prospects including data/analytic reports, proposals, briefing documents, written correspondence, and stewardship documents as needed - Conduct prospect research, and prepare prospect profiles to identify new donors - Maintain Campaign records in database and campaign spreadsheet related to cultivation, solicitation visits, and fundraising results - Organize and facilitate Club Nova tours to donors and community members - Spread awareness of Club Nova and the Campaign through presentations and community events - Write foundation and corporate grant proposals to secure funding for Capital Campaign - Conceive and execute Campaign Events The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a commensurate combination of education and experience - Experience in fundraising including individual donor cultivation preferred. Applicable experience in sales, marketing, communications, or related field will be considered - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent writing skills. Ability to present stories and other information in compelling ways - Demonstrated interpersonal skills; strong oral communications with the ability to network with existing and prospective donors and constituents (Club members and their families) - Strong familiarity with office technologies including Little Green Light and Microsoft Office Suite, or the ability and eagerness to quickly learn and master such programs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in team settings - Ability to maintain donor confidentiality This position is full-time with occasional early morning and evening as needed for events or meetings. As this position is new, duties and responsibilities will be subject to review and revision.
