About Us: Freedom Boat Club is the largest boat club in the world — members enjoy freedom on the water without owning a boat. We are hiring a Manager who can lead day-to-day club operations, staff, safety compliance, and give members world-class experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise dock staff & captains

Manage daily operations at the club

Train, onboard, and schedule seasonal staff

Maintain safety standards for boats and docks

Provide excellent customer service to members

Coordinate with home office on staffing, inventory, and reporting

Handle seasonal logistics (launching, fueling, storage)

Who You Are:

Strong leader with marine, hospitality, or operations background

Excellent communicator

Safety mindset; detail-oriented

Comfortable managing teams & schedules
