    Position Overview

    The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving studio growth by assisting the General Manager with new membership sales and supporting member retention. This position focuses on lead follow-up, booking Demo Classes, and delivering an exceptional first impression for every prospective member.

    Pilates or fitness experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with a strong sales mindset and positive energy.

    Key Responsibilities

    Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing

    Conduct studio tours and build relationships by understanding individual goals

    Book and convert quality Demo Class appointments

    Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly goals

    Present memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs

    Support member retention through excellent service and communication

    Participate in special events such as health fairs, community events, and promotions

    Continue developing sales skills and product knowledge

    Perform additional duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

    Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales

    Ability to learn and use Club Ready software

    Comfortable standing or sitting for up to 8 hours per shift

    Strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    Proficient computer skills

    Occasional local travel may be required
