    As a Closer/Selling Strategist, you will be directly supporting the growth of our company by bringing in new clients and closing them. You will be changing the lives and trajectory of your clients' careers in a positive and powerful way which, in turn, will grow the company and your opportunities as well. We are a Real Estate Coaching and Consultation company who believes fully in giving great value to potential clients first. In this "try it before you buy it" mentality you will be executing complimentary coaching sessions with leads who have been nurtured already by our skilled Relationship Managers. We give these leads valuable information that will move the needle on their business which makes each closing far easier while leading to the retention that brings referrals and future business. This is in addition to the many lead sources that are given to our sales team so they can keep your calendar filled... every appointment is another opportunity to close. Since our system is set up on a subscription basis we do not believe in the hard close but consistently offer value. This position is in our Sumner, Washington office and the second part of the interview process will be in person. This is non-negotiable as we have found that the culture and results of the team are stronger when we are working and collaborating together. This means all positions are in office. Compensation: You can expect $60k to $100k annually - this is Base plus unrestricted commission (6 figures for a closer is not only possible but by your second year with us, is expected) Responsibilities: The right candidate will have the following skills: • Personable and able to connect easily with others • Clear and concise communication skills • Verbal - To ensure no issues after the close • Written - Clear notes must be kept for every call. This will assist both your follow-up as well as RM follow-up • Closing skills - with closing must come retention. This is not a "close and forget about them" job • Clients are on a subscription so close with the knowledge that follow-up and keeping the client is a must. Under promise and Over deliver • Consistency and follow-up are a must. (the fortune is in the follow-up) • Fantastic Listening skills (must ask open questions to identify what is important to potential clients, then show them how we can satisfy that need) Qualifications: This is in no way an entry-level job. The correct person for this position has experience in high-level closing while keeping the client first in mind. This is not a pushy sales position as clients will be engaged in many levels both weekly and monthly, to build their business. To achieve this they must be excited to join, not feel tricked into it. This position is for a high-level closer who maintains integrity and prides themselves and their company on providing a world-class experience to all clients. Qualifications include but are not limited to: • Experience closing at a high level • Problem recognition • Objection Handling • Know when to stay strategically patient and when to ask for the business • Emotional Intelligence Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 expected base + uncapped commission
