As a Relationship Manager, you will be directly supporting the growth of our company by bringing in new clients. You will be changing the lives and trajectory of your clients' careers in a positive and powerful way which, in turn, will grow the company and your opportunities as well. This is a full-time job but you work 9 hour days Monday to Thursday leaving only 4 hours for Friday. This means you are off before noon on Fridays! Every Friday. (Not bad for a sales position) Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: You are simply setting appointments for a free hour of coaching. We will teach you all you need to know to be successful in this position. You will learn how to ask probing questions and overcome objections to create strong relationships with our coaches and clients leading to a strong retention rate. Primary Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients through calls and emails • Build a positive relationship with clients and grow customer sales with consistent follow-up • Utilize and maintain CRM data regularly • Answer questions and overcome objections by being an excellent listener • Turn feedback into action and self-improvement • We have comprehensive training with ongoing career development and support. You will learn industry-leading communication and sales techniques that will enable you to find solutions for your clients and close deals. We will provide you with a path for professional growth by outlining clear goals to reach the next level in your career. Qualifications: Skills used for this job: • Customer service • Soft sales • Written and verbal communication • Outbound calls • Highly organized • Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word and Excel Additional qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Independent and self-motivated (can stay on task) • Decisive and proactive • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus • Positive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly + commission
