Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments for a complimentary coaching session • Receive comprehensive training to excel in the role • Develop skills in asking insightful questions and handling objections effectively • Cultivate strong rapport with coaches and clients to enhance retention rates • Engage with clients via phone calls and emails • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to boost sales through consistent follow-ups • Regularly update and utilize CRM data • Demonstrate active listening to address inquiries and overcome objections • Proactively implement feedback for continuous self-improvement • Adopt a competitive and goal-oriented mindset to consistently surpass monthly targets Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills are required for this position • Experience in soft sales through outbound calls is necessary • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential • The candidate must be highly organized • Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word, and Excel is a must • Additional qualifications include excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic • Decisiveness, proactiveness, and strong problem-solving skills are valued • A solution-oriented focus is crucial for this role Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly + commission
