    Book and Copy Editor Position Our rapidly growing Real Estate Coaching and Consulting Team is looking for a talented Copywriter who will help us expand our digital and literary footprint by driving more value through online content and our real estate books.  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive traffic. Experience in book writing, editing, and publishing is required along with a resume and portfolio of work. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio and relevant work experience.  We hire talented people and top performers who love working with other hardworking people! Working hours Monday thru Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm | Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am at our Sumner, WA office Responsibilities: • Creating Content, ghostwriting, editing, and publishing our book content. • Assisting the marketing department in marketing all digital and hard copies of books on various media outlets and platforms • Developing and maintaining a functional book content calendar • Supervising the maintenance of book content inventories • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone, and optimized for search and user experience for all media channels (online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person) • Working with other writers, editors, formatters, and cover artists that we are in contact with  • Maintaining contact with our various 3rd party writers, editors, formatters, or cover artists that we solicit for their services. • Work closely with Club Wealth’s Director of Content, Director of Marketing, and Project Manager on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels. • Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and culture • Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees  • Report tasks, ongoing work, and other various updates to the Director of Content • Will handle changing deadlines and priorities • Review team members and own work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authority • And other duties as assigned  Qualifications: • Must work in-house at our Sumner, WA office location or willing to relocate to the Western Washington state area • Understands and is familiar with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing for publishing eBooks and digital books • Understands and uses Amazon CreateSpace for publishing print books • Knows how to manage digital, print, and audiobooks for publishing on all media platforms • Has editing experience in digital, print, and audiobooks for publishing purposes • Has an extensive writing background on Real Estate and its various subgenres • Ghostwrites or has experience in ghostwriting Real Estate driven books • Is familiar with Google Suite Applications, Microsoft Suite Applications, and other apps that become pertinent within the position • Must have knowledge of the Real Estate Industry • Must have the ability to cross-train  • Able to work under strict deadlines • Adjusts and adapts to last-minute changes • Must be an honest, trustworthy, and reliable team player Compensation: $15 DOE
