We are seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to join our team! Position Overview Join CountryPlace, a vibrant 55+ active adult community, as a Clubhouse Attendant. This dynamic role combines typical hospitality hosting with light administrative duties to support our clubhouse office and community events. Hiring immediately! Starting pay $14.00
Schedule & Hours
Part-Time Commitment: 3 to 4 days per week (Full monthly schedules provided one month in advance).
Weekday Hours: Typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Saturday Hours (Mandatory Availability): Shifts vary between Morning Opening Shift (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and Evening Closing Shift (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM/11:00 PM, Must be capable of working both Saturday mornings or evenings.
Sunday Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Assistance: Perform light office tasks including making copies, sending faxes, basic filing, selling event tickets, and issuing guest pool tags. Basic Data entry and/or review
Community Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents by providing important community information and distributing forms.
Event/Activity Support: assist with the set up or breakdown of chairs and folding tables for clubhouse activities or events & private parties. Event Clean up: sweep & mop event area and assist with clean up of event service ware, including water pitchers, carafes, ice bowls, and serving trays after large functions.
Opening Shift Duties (Weekends): Unlock the facility, prepare coffee/lemonade, conduct thorough walk-throughs to ensure rooms are in order, and keep interior doors accessible.
Closing Shift Duties: Clean up activity rooms, reset tables and chairs, remove trash, prepare lemonade to replenish kitchen supply, power down facility equipment, and securely lock all exterior doors.
Qualifications
Prior experience with with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) preferred.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
