Job Summary

We are seeking a Clubhouse Event Attendant to join our team! As a Clubhouse Attendant, you will ultimately be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. You will also need to assist in answering questions about the clubhouse, maintain a clean and organized environment, oversee that guests remain in designated areas, and work closely with other members of the team to ultimately give guests a great experience. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Greet event personnel and verify their identity

Be a friendly, welcoming face, often answering questions about services

Maintain a clean, neat work environment

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience desired
