Job Title: Clubhouse Grounds Manager

Location: Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent

Position Summary

The Clubhouse Grounds Manager is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and cleanliness of the clubhouse and surrounding grounds. This role ensures the clubhouse exterior, entryways, landscaped areas, and adjacent property are consistently clean, well-groomed, and welcoming for members, guests, and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Maintenance & Cleaning

Blow and remove leaves, grass clippings, and debris from sidewalks, patios, entryways, parking areas, and other exterior surfaces on a daily basis

Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor clubhouse areas

Empty exterior trash receptacles and maintain clean, litter-free grounds

Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns

Landscape & Grounds Care

Mow exterior clubhouse lawns on consistent schedule

Weed flower beds and landscaped areas regularly

Trim and prune shrubs, hedges, and plant material surrounding the clubhouse as needed

Maintain clean, defined edges around beds and walkways at all times

Assist Horticulturist with seasonal planting, mulching, and general landscape upkeep

Water plants and landscaped areas as required

Equipment & Safety

Operate and maintain blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment safely

Perform basic equipment maintenance and report repair needs

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual standards

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods

Schedule

Full-time Seasonal Monday – Friday, April Thru October

Early mornings (6AM-2PM), some weekends, and holidays may be required

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions

Compensation

Hourly Wage $18-$20 Per Hour Depending on Experience
