Our client has purchased an Historical building on the Goldcoast of Chicago. It will be converted into their 2nd Clubhouse in the area. Club will be open from 6AM to 6 PM daily serving Breakfast and Lunch 6-7 days a week. It will also be available to buy out for private events.

The Manager will oversee the entire property including dining room service. If s/he also has experience with catering sales. they can earn commission in addition to the base salary.

MUST HAVE a combination of Hotel and Club experience.
