Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience? Clubhouse on Main is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele, ensuring that their dining and entertainment experience is nothing short of fantastic.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a welcoming and friendly attitude

Take customer orders for food and beverages and relay them to the kitchen or bar

Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure their needs are met promptly

Ensure accuracy in order delivery and check for guest satisfaction

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience

Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and drink options

Assist in bussing and setting up tables as needed

Handle customer concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy

Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is a plus but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Positive and outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset

Knowledge of basic food and beverage service
