About the Role

Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple grain inspection sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across 3–5 locations. What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple grain inspection labs and field sites
• Act as the primary liaison between Eurofins and client grain companies
• Train and supervise grain inspectors and site supervisors in grading procedures and lab protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results to clients and internal teams
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations in collaboration with HR
• Maintain readiness to respond to client needs, troubleshoot operational issues, and guide process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert in grading commodities such as corn and soybeans
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and compliance with USDA and industry standards
• Attend industry events and contribute to strategic business planning

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in grain inspection, lab operations, or agricultural services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%)
• Comfortable working in lab environments with dust, allergens, and moderate noise
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and navigate stairs
• Reliable transportation required
